Nicole Hengst is an independent marketing consultant and lecturer at Texas State University in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Hengst is originally from Waco, Texas, and holds two bachelor’s degrees from Tarleton State University and a master’s degree from Texas State University. She graduated as part of the Presidential Honors Program at Tarleton State in December of 2013 and was named Top Graduate Student in Texas State’s SJMC in May of 2017.
Hengst has professional experience in the hospitality industry, event planning, public relations and marketing. She currently contracts with multiple agencies and local businesses to develop social media and digital marketing plans.
In her spare time, Hengst enjoys exploring new places, hanging out with her dog, Mitch, and hanging out by the water.
